Constable Charlie Burch has lived in Mobile since 2001 and lived in the area since 1993. He has worked in various capacities with the Mobile County Constable Office since 2006 and served as Constable since 2012. In 2009 he was awarded the President’s Award by the National Constables Association. He also currently serves as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer in the Alabama Army National Guard. He regularly attends various first responder training. Some current certifications include:
